Restaurant Design-Science inspired Ice-Cream Parlour
Although ice-cream parlors date back few years now, but the parlor designed for client Ayush Poddar from Jaipur city, scooped out of an upside-down cone is an exceptional blueprint for eclectic design.No other parlor in the city would make ice-cream for the customers in front of their eyes, but this one does. Further, using liquid nitrogen which freezes so fast that it reduces the size of the ice crystals in ice-cream making it much smoother and tastier. Science inspired theme is very apt for such a space where menu is in a form of a periodic table with test tube light installation complementing the overall pastel color palette.
